Congratulations to Emily Anders in year 8 who retained her District Cross Country Championship title at Westminster Lodge on Thursday 17th October. This caps an excellent season for Emily at District level as she was also unbeaten in the four District League rounds, helping the Junior Girls team to second place overall (this was matched by the Junior Boys team who also finished second in the team competition).
We have had an excellent season so far, both in terms of numbers running and results, and this should give those selected confidence for the County Championships in February.
Well done to everyone who has run this season and particularly to Emily for her outstanding performances over the season so far.
