County Championships entries

The following pupils have been entered for the County Cross Country Championships at Westminster Lodge on Saturday, 1st February. Timings and distances for races and a map of the route can be found on the HSAA website.

Entries are based on performances over the District League season. Runners should see Mr Stewart for details.

Emily is District Champion for a second successive year

Congratulations to Emily Anders in year 8 who retained her District Cross Country Championship title at Westminster Lodge on Thursday 17th October. This caps an excellent season for Emily at District level as she was also unbeaten in the four District League rounds, helping the Junior Girls team to second place overall (this was matched by the Junior Boys team who also finished second in the team competition).
We have had an excellent season so far, both in terms of numbers running and results, and this should give those selected confidence for the County Championships in February.
Well done to everyone who has run this season and particularly to Emily for her outstanding performances over the season so far.

District Cross Country 2013 season Results

Congratulations to all of the runners who have run this season.
In the District League the Junior Boys and Junior Girls teams were second in their leagues, behind Verulam and STAGS respectively. This is even more impressive considering that a number of runners in each team were year 7 running a year out of age.
Emily Anders won every league race in the Junior Girls and continued this unbeaten run for Beaumont by winning the District Championship for the second successive year, well done Emily!

County Cross Country Championships

Congratulations and thank you  to the following runners who competed for Beaumont in the County Cross Country Championships on Saturday 2nd February. The County Championships ended a particularly successful year for Beaumont with two top 10 finishes in the Pre Junior and Inter Boys age groups.
