District Champs at Westminster Lodge

On Thursday 14th October a number of Beaumont runners competed at the District Champs at Westminster Lodge:

Junior Boys - Marius Bell 7th, Tom Hails 12th, Ed Anders 17th

Junior Girls - Naomi Baker 8th, Olivia Almond 16th, Laura Albertson 20th, Laurel Parker Mead 23rd, Ella Rowlinson 37th, Leanne Douglas 43rd, Olivia Scrimgeour 44th, Molly Rogan 47th

Senior Boys - Chris Hilton 2nd place. Well done Chris!

In the Inter age groups both Niamh Quinn and Josh Clifford were on a school trip and could not attend. I am really looking forward to next season as I think we will have really competitive Junior and Inter teams. Thank you and well done to everyone who ran this season, as always you were a credit to Beaumont!

Junior Boys and Girls District and National Cross Country

This week we have two cross country races. The first is the fourth cross country league meeting at Verulam Playing Fields on Thursday, and the last league race before next weeks District Championships.
The second is the first round of the National Schools Championships at Queenswood School.
Those running on Thursday will not be running on Friday as two races in two days is too hard. However, all runners will be selected for the District Championships next week.
Both teams are on the noticeboard at School.
