Sandringham Fun Run and District League

Congratulations to the 40 year 7 students who ran at the Sandringham Fun Run on Tuesday 9th September. The girls team finished second and the boys fourth which meant we were the top placed mixed comprehensive in the race. In both races we had very exciting finishes with both Alex Lankshear and Niamh Gallagher finishing second, an excellent performance from both runners.

In the District League, a number of year 7 runners joined runners from the rest of the school to compete in the first two rounds of the four round District League.

Thursday 9^th October – District League Cross Country (Nicholas Breakspear)

Thursday 16^th October – District Championship Cross Country (Westminster Lodge)

 For District League fixtures we will leave school at 3.30 changed and you will need to be picked up from the school you are competing at by 5.00pm at the latest.

Please ensure that you bring warm and waterproof clothing that is either black or white, and a still drink. You will be provided with a school vest to run in.
